Withdrawal case records · QUICK REFERENCE
Closing a resolved payment case
When an issue appears resolved, record what changed and what remains uncertain. Save the final correspondence and evidence of the outcome. A responsible case summary distinguishes a resolution for one person from a conclusion about an operator's overall reliability.
A practical checklist
- Record the outcome date.
- Preserve the final explanation.
- Update any public account without erasing its history.
Putting it in context
If a delayed request was completed, amend the case summary to say so. Do not leave an old unresolved label visible after you have evidence of a changed outcome.
Keep in mind
A resolved case does not validate every policy or every other customer's experience.
